RESEARCH USE ONLY

Products offered by Nova BioLabz are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.

Products are not intended for human consumption or use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that products are handled, stored, possessed, and used only for lawful research purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

PURCHASER REPRESENTATIONS

By placing an order with Nova BioLabz, you represent and agree that:

• You understand the research-use-only designation of the products purchased.

ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Nova BioLabz reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, or legal or regulatory concerns.

Bulk, high-value, unusual, or otherwise flagged orders may be subject to additional verification before fulfillment. Nova BioLabz may request reasonable identity, payment, shipping, business, or order-purpose information to help verify the transaction and reduce fraud risk. Orders may be delayed, limited, cancelled, or refunded if verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

If payment has been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, promotions, and other website information may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges disclosed during checkout.

SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Nova BioLabz’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of research products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, eligibility for returns, replacements, refunds, or cancellations is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nova BioLabz endeavors to provide accurate product descriptions and documentation. However, research information and scientific knowledge may change over time.

Where available, Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) and related documentation are provided for informational and research purposes.
