SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains the shipping terms that apply to orders placed with Nova BioLabz LLC (“Nova BioLabz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is $14.95 for orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold.

Orders with a qualifying subtotal of $300 or more receive free standard shipping. The applicable shipping charge or free-shipping qualification will be shown during checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment and order review are complete. Processing times may vary because of order volume, weekends, holidays, product availability, payment review, or other circumstances.

An order confirmation does not mean that an order has shipped. Tracking information, when available, will be provided after the shipment is prepared or transferred to the carrier.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any shipping or delivery timeframe displayed on the website, at checkout, or in an order communication is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, address issues, and other circumstances outside Nova BioLabz’s control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.

If you notice an address error, contact Nova BioLabz as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been lost in transit, or if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Nova BioLabz so the shipment can be reviewed.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the shipping package and products when applicable.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the applicable carrier. Claims may also be subject to the carrier’s procedures and limitations.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and customer ordering errors are governed by the Nova BioLabz Refund & Returns Policy.
